PARENTING WITH A DISABILITY
Kids are welcome!

With Isabelle Boisvert, doctoral student in psychology, and single mother living with a disability

Parenting necessarily brings big changes in our lives, whether we have a disability or not. Becoming a parent when you have a disability still requires a great deal of creativity to meet certain specific challenges.

For this coffee clash, we will receive Isabelle Boisvert, a mother with a disability, who will talk about various aspects of her experience of motherhood. She will also present some of the adaptations that allow her to take care of her child on a daily basis. You will also have the opportunity to meet her child!

If you are a parent, come and share your experience with other parents! We also encourage you to bring your child if you wish! This workshop is open to everyone: whether you are a parent or not, whether you are thinking about becoming a parent or just curious, everyone is welcome!

Bring your lunch!
